A good night was had by all. The casino tables and photo booth were a big hit with the children. A big thanks to Night Train for a great night of music. I would like to thank everyone for their food contributions, there was a lot of it. A big thanks to the people that helped set up and clear up (There was a lot of mess).
Thank you to everyone for making it a successful night, roll on next year. Any ideas to better this year are welcome.
After several queries I would like to explain as to why I make a decision to promote a swimmer to the next group; many parents believe it is just a matter of beating someone already in a higher squad as has happened recently in the Club Champs. This is far from the case.

National Arena League Round Two Report
NATIONAL ARENA SWIMMING LEAGUE
On Saturday 8th November Braintree & Bocking Swimming Club hosted the 2nd round of the prestigious National Arena Swimming League. Having won the first round BBSC went into the 2nd round with hopes of reaching the grand final to be held in December.
The display on the night was one of magnificent swimming down to the very last swimmer; rarely has a team as a whole performed so well. Starting the evening off was Lucy Gardner in the 200 IM taking 1st place. Lucy also partnered Izzy Salthouse, Becky Booty and Harriet White in the Medley Relay.
